Staying at the 2 bedroom apartment was a comfortable and pleasant experience, providing ample space and extra amenities like a large fridge, microwave, and washing machine. However, the food selection was limited. The location at Somerset MRT was excellent, with easy access to nearby malls and free coffee, water, and fruit available. The service at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites was professional but could benefit from more friendliness and engagement. The hotel's location is extremely convenient as it's central and everything is within reach due to its proximity to public transport. The rooms are spacious and clean, a big plus point here. However, unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit outdated, and the shower door plastic is stained. The wooden floor in my room was not 100% okay, and the room was very dark with no bathtub. I couldn't figure out how to switch on the washing machine.
